Creating great food is a detailed process, and at VTEC, we teach students the skills that contribute to a great customer experience.
VTEC’s Food Services course is designed to introduce students to the ins and outs of the Food Services industry. Students will work as part of a team in a commercial bakery, learning firsthand how to create a variety of baked goods and treats. Each student will be provided with a uniform, proper footwear, and textbook full of the latest industry information.
